Chapter 312 Who Is His Mommy? "I think you two are a great match!" "And if you stay with my mom, you'll get a handsson like me!" "Isn't that a great deal?" The kid was quick-witted.
Even Kelvin couldn't help but smile.
For the past four years, he had forgotten what it felt like to be happy and relaxed. He never expected a little boy to make him feel that way.
"Would your mom be okay with that?" Kelvin asked.
Sam confidently replied, "As long as you agree, I'll convince her to agree too!" Kelvin pinched his nose and smiled faintly but didn't answer.
"By the way, you haven't answered my question yet!" Sam said, "Are you single? My mom is my treasure, and I need to find someone willing to marry her." Kelvin slowly opened his mouth. "I'm a widower." Sam was momentarily stunned.
What Kelvin said was beyond what he could understand at his age.
What did he mean by that? Seeing his confusion, Ryan explained, "Mr. Davis's wife passed away in an accident four years ago. So, he is now a widower." "I got it." Sam also apologized, "I'm sorry." They apologized to each other.
Then, Sam scratched his head. "So, you're still single now, right? You can still get married, right?" "I won't get married again." "What?" Kelvin replied softly, "I loved my wife very much. I would only marry her. Now that she's gone, I won't marry again, nor will I let anyone take her place." He didn't know why he had so much patience to a three-year-old.
He didn't even know if the child could understand.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtSam was first surprised, then disappointed. "What a pity! You won't be with my mom then." Kelvin wanted to say something, but Sam struggled a bit and jumped off his lap.
He stood straight with his hands behind his back, looking at Kelvin seriously.
"You were the first man I picked for my 'find a dad' plan," Sam said, "You meet all my criteria: you're handsome, tall, rich, and have a good temperament..." The more he spoke, the more regretful he became, sighing repeatedly.
"Never mind. My mom will find someone better and more suitable." Sam waved his hand. "I'm leaving now, sorry to bother you!" He swaggered out of the private room.
He cand went in a hurry.
Leaving three men who hadn't recovered from the shock.
These three men, one was a highly respected CEO, one was an exceptionally capable chief assistant, and one was a well-managed chain store owner.
Yet, they were helpless in front of three-year-old Sam.
They just let him tease Kelvin, and then he left happily? "Mr. Davis..." Ryan was the first to recover and asked, "Do you wantto look into this little boy?" Kelvin tapped his fingers on the table.
After a while, he said, "No need for that." He was just a casual acquaintance to the child. Although he liked him, they were not on the spath.
They wouldn't meet again in the future.
There was no need to take a three-year-old seriously.
Moreover, he felt happy during their conversation.

Kelvin glanced at him.
What, was he supposed to find Sam's mom and marry her? Was he really going to be his dad? Ryan covered his mouth. "Mr. Davis, I didn't say anything!" Kelvin stood up and looked at Ben.
"Mr. Davis!" "I'll stay here for the night," Kelvin said, "Tomorrow, I hope to see Molly." There was a suffocating tension in the air around him. Ben instinctively wanted to nod in agreement.
But after thinking for a moment, Ben tentatively asked, "Mr. Davis, what if Molly doesn't want to see you? Should I bring her here?" Ben laughed awkwardly.
"I must see her," Kelvin said, "If not this weekend, I'll cback next weekend." The more Molly hid and acted mysteriously, the more curious he became.
Kelvin hadn't met someone who intrigued him so much in a long time! He left and got into the car to return to the hotel.
He looked at the street scene outside the car window. It was far less bustling than LA, but it had a strong sense of life.
Kelvin pressed his temples. If Penelope were still alive, he would be willing to live in such a small city with her, leading an ordinary life.

Sam stood at the door of his house.
He skillfully entered the password, carefully opened the door, and peeked inside.

Sam looked up. Penelope was standing at the door with her arms crossed looking at him with a half-smile.
"Mom!" Sam immediately rushed over and hugged her leg. "I missed you so much!" Renelope pulled him away. "Sam, don't be so glib." "I'm expressing my longing and love for you, and you ignore me," Sam made a gesture of holding his heart. "I'm so hurt, Mom." Seeing that Penelope seemed genuinely angry, Sam immediately straightened up. "Mom, what do you need?" Penelope twisted his ear. "Where did you go?" "I went to play with my good friend!" "Are you sure?" Sam looked innocent. "Absolutely!" "Didn't you say you would help Ruby take care of Lucy? Why did you run off?" "I..." Sam immediately apologized, "I'm sorry, Mom. I was wrong. I won't do it again." His pitiful and aggrieved look made it impossible to stay mad at him.
Penelope wasn't angry about him playing. After all, Sam was just a child.
He didn't cause any trouble.
But after seeing Ryan, Penelope felt uneasy.
She worried that if Sam encountered Ryan, it would cause unnecessary trouble.
Sam's features still bore sresemblance to Kelvin's.
Although no one would make that connection, she had to be cautious about the possibility! Penelope couldn't afford to lose her two children! "Alright," Penelope patted his head. "Ruby needs to take care of Lucy. I still have to work, so be a good boy, okay?"
