Chapter 204 "Stay away from Alexander!" The feminine voice was raw with rage and pain.
She felt her chest growl as she stood over the unconscious man lying shattered at her feet with her eyes burning with fire.
She had no sympathy whatsoever for him. He has brought this on himself.
And then, all of a sudden, BOOM! A section of the building burst into flames, torn of walls began to fly all over the place. She instinctively dodged, shielding her head with her arms as hot smoke and flburst through the air around her, her ears ringing from the blast, her lungs stinging from the thick cloud of smoke, but she had little tto think about it.
As the dust dislodged she raised her head. She felt her heart beating against her ribs in fear.
Alexander.
She moved as fast as she could move towards the burning building.
And although one side of the building was completely blown off and open but the fire was too intense for her to risk. The flames roared like a beast and would not let anyone in.
Under her breath she cursed and ran back to the unconscious man. She fell back on he knees and began going through his pockets.
And finally, she found it, a bunch of keys.
Fumbling, she began testing each one against the heavy padlock which was securing the door. Her hands shook and frustration was bubbling up with every failed attempt.

The padlock snapped open.
As she opened the door, the heavy heat hit her in the face and she stumbled backward with her instincts screaming at her to turn around and just leave.
But there was no way she would leave and leave him there to burn because he wouldn't have just leave her there too.
She took a few steps in and held in her breath.
Inside the temperature was unbearable, the smoke was on full display.
The only thing she could call this place was death trap.
Biting down on her bottom lip, she forced herself forward.

She took a couple of sharp panicked gasps as she went deeper into the house, looking around at the heavy smoke billowing out of the window...

As soon as the last chain dropped to the ground, she wrapped her arms around his body, straining herself to lift him up. He was heavy, and she staggered under his weight, but she refused to let go.
They swayed dangerously, her legs nearly buckling beneath them.
The fire crackled louder, the heat becoming unbearable..
She tightened her grip..

Slowly, Alexander began to open his eyes and for a couple of seconds, he couldn't understand where he was until, Vivian's cries rang in his brain. He looked at her weakly with disbelief. His voice was coarse and it really hurt to speak but he needed to."What are you doing here? You shouldn't be here." "Shut up." Vivian said, wrapping her arms around his neck as her sobbing increases.
""What about the twins and Emma?" "I don't know, the police are walking on it." Vivian replied Right at that moment, a gun click could be heard and both siblings, let go of each other and looked at the man holding the gun.
The police siren filled the air.
With gritted teeth, Travis spoke, his anger and hatred for the siblings apparent. "Well, this makes my job easier." "Go to hell." Vivian spat.
