Chapter 156 Cyrus took a deep breath, trying to calm his nerves. "You're right. Just because she's staying at a hotel doesn't mean anything. Let's go check it out." Caleb nodded swiftly. "Yes." However, by the tCyrus and Caleb arrived half an hour later, Nancy had already checked out. They rushed to Nancy's stunext but spent the entire day staked out without spotting either Nancy or Judson. "Damn it, where on earth did Nancy take Judson?" Cyrus growled in frustration, feeling more helpless than ever before.
Caleb could only shiver, too intimidated to utter a word.
Just then, Cyrus' phone rang.
With a stern expression, Cyrus answered it, but before he could say anything, a voice chirped through. "Cyrus, don't forget the auction's starting soon. See you there!" Cyrus grunted in acknowledgment before hanging up.

"Find out where Judson and Nancy went. I'm heading to the auction to get Nancy a gift." In the past, when Nancy was upset with him, she'd ignore him for a week. To win her back, he'd often visited auctions, picking up unique trinkets, even a rare shade of paint once, to appease her.
"Yes," Caleb nodded quickly.
With that, Cyrus turned on his heel and left.
Meanwhile, at NY Corp...
"Miss Lena, your designs always bring tears to my eyes!" Neil exclaimed sincerely.
Nancy chuckled softly, "If just seeing the designs makes you tear up, you better brace yourself for the real deal." She hadn't finished her sentence when Judson chimed in with a tease, "If just the designs bring you to tears, won't the real thing just blind you?" Neil was left speechless.
"Judson," Nancy shot him a warning glance.
Judson put on an innocent face. "Nancy, he's just being tic." Everyone knew that the only one Nancy consoled was him! "Don't be silly," Nancy said, giving Judson's hand a gentle squeeze.
Judson grumbled but obediently shut his mouth.

He wasn't that reckless.
"Nancy, it's tfor the auction," Judson whispered, just loud enough for her ears alone, his breath warm against her ear.
Nancy felt a ticklish sensation and leaned away slightly, noticing Neil's amused gaze. She held back a laugh and gave Judson a playful glare. "Alright, let's go." After exchanging a few more words with Neil, Nancy and Judson left together.
It wasn't until they were out of sight that Neil turned away. But before he could leave...
"Judson and the missus are gone, huh?" A laid-back voice called out.
Neil turned to see a striking man approaching. "Yes, Mr. Ferguson. Mr. Buchanan took Miss Lena to the auction."
Auction? Michael's eyes sparkled with interest. Could it be the sauction Cyrus was attending? Perfect. This was a spectacle he simply couldn't afford to miss.
The Spark Auction was a highlight on the social calendar, one of the top charity events around. A significant portion of the proceeds was donated to those in need, attracting a large and enthusiastic crowd.
As Judson and Nancy entered, they immediately attracted attention. A striking couple always turned heads, but their combined elegarice and poise made them seem like they were meant to be together. Just then, an angry voice cut through the crowd. "Nancy, how dare you bring Judson here!"
