"What are you looking at, Nancy?" Judson asked, approaching with a tray of homemade cookies. He noticed her scowl and sidled over curiously.

Nancy instinctively tried to shut off her phone, but Judson was quicker. He snatched the phone and glanced at the screen. Reading Cyrus' words, he let out a dry chuckle. "Lies, lies, and more lies. Tell 'em enough, and even the liar starts believing 'em." Nancy just sighed.

"Ah, forget about that numbskull," Judson said, offering her a cookie. "Try one of these. I followed the recipe to the letter. Tellhow they taste!" Nancy hesitated, momentarily distracted from her thoughts about Cyrus. She picked up a cookie, took a bite, and let the sweet, buttery flavor melt in her mouth.

"Delicious," she said sincerely.

Judson blushed a little. "Great! I'll bake for you anytyou want." Nancy paused, reflecting on how, even at the height of their relationship, Cyrus had never thought to do something as simple as bake her a treat. Judson, on the other hand, was always eager to learn and try new things, all for her.

She nodded gently. "Alright." Just then, Winnie burst through the door, looking serious. "Boss, Cyrus is downstairs again. How does he have the nerve to show up?" Winnie huffed, her frustration boiling over. "Given all the trouble he's caused, you'd think he'd have the decency to stay away." Nancy smirked coldly. "Ignore him." Judson chimed in with a mischievous glint in his eye. "I've got sleftover flour and mop water. Maybe I could put it to good use." Winnie's eyes lit up. "Now that's an idea!" Cyrus couldn't just walk away unscathed, not after everything he'd done. Did he really think Nancy was all alone in this? Outside the company building, Cyrus stood fixated on Nancy's office floor, his fists clenched tight.

Caleb, his assistant, approached, noticing Cyrus' intense expression. He suppressed a sneer, keeping his tone professional. "Mr. Gordon, we've identified who crashed into Grey." Cyrus finally looked at Caleb. "Who?" "Michael," Caleb replied plainly. "Mr. Ferguson didn't even bother to cover his tracks. He had his driver do it right out in the open." Cyrus' eyes narrowed, surprised at Michael's audacity.

"And Malcolm? No response from him?"

"Not yet," Caleb said, "but should we assign someone to keep an eye on Mrs. Gordon? Grey incident is linked to her, and Mr. Buchanan's influence Could uncover that soon enough."

Cyrus pondered Caleb's words, his brow furrowed. "No need for om protection just keep watch. Alertif anyone threatens Nancy." He wanted to be the one to show Nancy that she was safe with him, and him alone. "Understood," Caleb said. "And now, sir?"

"I'm not going anywhere. I'm waiting here for Nancy," Cyrus said firmly determination etched on his face. He needed to warn her about Judson's true identity. Caleb nodded and was about to walk away when- SPLASH! A bucketful of soapy water rained down from above, drenching both Cyrus and Caleb before they even had tto react.
