Chapter 76 Baldrick's gaze was on Nancy with an intensity she had never seen.

"Nancy, I'm still crazy about you. I want to care for you. It waswho met you first, who fell for you first." And once again, Baldrick had stumbled upon Nancy first.

Baldrick confessed, "Nancy, we're the ones truly meant to be." Nancy looked into Baldrick's eager eyes, a slight furrow forming between her brows. "Baldrick, I don't think we're a good match..." She didn't get to finish.

Knock, knock. The sudden rapping on the car window startled Nancy and Baldrick as they turned to see a strikingly handsman standing outside in the cold.

It was Judson. His eyes were red, looking at Nancy with desperation and sadness. "Babe, I can't open the door. Could you unlock it for me?" Caught off guard, Nancy instinctively unlocked the door. But as she was about to step out, her wrist got caught in a tight grip.

Turning, Nancy saw Baldrick staring at Judson, his face twisted in displeasure. "Nancy, who is this guy?" Noticing Baldrick holding onto Nancy's wrist, Judson flashed a dangerous look of his own.

Nancy got irked by Baldrick's tone, like a jealous husband catching his wife in the act. "Baldrick, who he is, has nothing to do with you. Let go!" Caught off by Nancy's words, Baldrick hesitated, a bitter taste left in his mouth. "Nancy..." But Nancy swiftly broke free from his grasp, about to exit the car.

Suddenly, Out of nowhere, she found herself wrapped in strong arms, pulled into a warm, comforting hug, with the familiar scent of Judson's cologne surrounding her.

Judson held Nancy tightly, his gaze icy as he stared down Baldrick, his hostility palpable.

He seemed to declare, 'Nancy is mine.' It was clear to Baldrick that Judson was marking his territory. His usual calm and composed demeanor vanished in the face of this silent declaration.

The tension was thick, and the air charged as if ready to ignite.

"Babe, he looks mad," Judson whispered, burying his head into Nancy's chest.

Nancy was about to push him away and tell him to stop messing around.

But Baldrick had reached his limit, especially seeing Judson snuggling so comfortably into Nancy's embrace a level of intimacy not even Cyrus, who had shared a deep connection with Nancy, had reached.

Baldrick lunged from the car in a flash and punched at Judson. "Are you looking to get your lights knocked out?" Bang! Judson, who could have easily dodged, didn't move an inch. His right cheek quickly swelled up, and he turned to Nancy.

"Babe, I'm fine. It doesn't hurt. Don't worry about me. I'll protect you," he said before seeking refuge in her embrace again.

Nancy was speechless.

"You son of a-!" Baldrick was livid, ready to throw another punch.

"Enough!" Nancy's voice suddenly rose, sharp and commanding. "Baldrick, stop it." After all, Judson was injured.

Looking at Nancy's angry face, Baldrick felt anger and annoyance surge inside. "Nancy, who "Nancy, who the hell is he to you? Why is he acting like this toward you..." Judson lifted his head, pouting slightly. "Duh, Nancy is my wife. I'm her husband." His look was full of disdain, an outright challenge.

Baldrick felt his anger boiling over, his mind screaming in frustration. "Shut aming in up, wash talking to you!" Nancy had just parted ways with Cyrus. There was no way she could have gotten married so quickly.

"Babe, don't listen to him. He's lost it.

I'm worried he might hurt you," m Judson quickly covered Nancy's mouth: "Babe, I'm scared he might bite. Let's go home, okay?"
